Rose Jones, CEO & Founder
I'm Rose Jones, founder and CEO of Speak & Inspire Foundation. Growing up, I often struggled to voice my thoughts and feelings, doubting whether my voice truly mattered.
Over time, I learned that confidence doesn't happen overnight. It grows through courage, practice, and the commitment to show up and be heard, even when it's hard.
I'm still discovering parts of my own voice, and I'm not perfect, but I'm always pushing myself to grow.
Speak & Inspire was built to give others what I wish I'd had: a community, tools, and a reminder that your voice is worth sharing.
